Bid Management

The team at DFI has extensive experience in managing and responding to public tenders, in particular in the Education sector, throughout the MENA region. On behalf of our clients that include some of the largest education publishers in the world today, we manage the tender process from end-to-end including an initial evaluation of a public tender opportunity and the development of metrics to determine a bid/no bid outcome to identifying the right solution to meet the tender requirements and the authoring of the entire tender response. We have also developed sample content and prototype platforms to support the bid response and led the presentation team when demonstrating our clients’ solutions. We are proud to say that we have successfully tendered for a number of multi-million dollar contracts in the region in partnership with our clients. Our services in this area include:

• Managing Requests for Information (RFIs),
• Managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs),
• Assisting in developing formal Invitations to Tender (ITTs) processes,
• Providing specific knowledge of Public Sector procurement in MENA countries.
